 " Stress Management " - presented by Sylwia Królikowska, Soft Skills Department, LondonSAM Polska

 
 The meeting will be focused on the topics:

- nature of stress - what it is, when and why it touches us,

- quick relaxation techniques - usable at your work place,

- techniques based on "real" deep breathing,

- relaxation techniques usable out of a work place


Presenter: Sylwia Królikowska - business psychologist, specialized in trainings in interpersonal proficiency. The author and coach of "trainings for trainers" projects, as well as press articles in issues of human resource consulting.
