Organizational Data Maturity

The program was designed to instill a healthy data culture within the organization—one in which data becomes a shared language of work, thinking, decision-making, and trust. It is a practical development process for the entire company, spanning analysis and communication through to leadership and accountability building.

It was created based on experiences from organizations that deliberately base their decisions on facts rather than intuition. Each module can function independently, but together they form a coherent path of organizational data maturity—from understanding data, through the ability to communicate insights in an engaging way, to conscious, data-driven leadership.

Module for Top Management:

  • Data as the language of decision-making

  • Avoiding errors and manipulation

  • A culture of trust in data

  • Data in leadership

Module 1 – From data to decisions:

  • Informational data vs. decision-driven data

  • KPIs in the context of business objectives

  • Avoiding misinterpretation of data

  • Building a data-driven decision-making process

  • AI as an assistant in data interpretation

Module 2 – Data storytelling:

  • Using emotion and context in communication

  • Using data visualization as a tool of influence

  • Running data-driven meetings in an inspiring way

  • AI as a partner in creating narratives from data

Module 3 – Data-driven leadership:

  • Using data in development and performance conversations

  • Identifying problems not visible in reports

  • Building trust through data transparency

  • AI as a tool for reflection and feedback

Module 4 – Data and trust culture:

  • Defining and measuring trust in data

  • Creating processes in which data supports decisions, not just reporting

  • Developing a data culture implementation plan

  • AI as a catalyst for a knowledge-based and transparent culture
