LondonSAM Polska sp. z o. o. carries out training within the scope and dates described in detail in the training offer available at: https://www.londonsam.pl/en/training-info/
1. Information about organized training is provided to potential Participants in the form of information published on the company’s website www.londonsam.pl and by marketing and promotional activities.
2. The condition for participation in the training is the availability of places and completing the application form on the LondonSAM website or submitting an application via e-mail or telephone.
3. Admission to the training depends on the order of applications.
4. Confirmation of acceptance of the application is made via e-mail no later than the day before the training start date, based on the information contained in the submitted application.
5. LondonSAM Polska sp. z o. o. reserves the right to refuse to accept an application if the list of Participants is already closed on a given training date or if the minimum number of people planned by LondonSAM Polska sp. z o.o. fails to register. for a given training.
6. After submitting the notification within the meaning of section 2, LondonSAM Polska sp. z o.o. contacts registered person with the details of the traning (administration & logistic).
1. Training prices are given in Polish zlotys, taking into account the provisions of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services.
2. Payment for the training is made on the basis of the submitted application, after agreeing on the payment option with the Training Participant.
1. Resignation from participation in the training should be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address: krakow@londonsam.pl
2. If the Organizer receives a declaration of resignation from the training no later than 30 business days before the training start date, the Participant is entitled to a refund of the amount paid. If the Participant resigns from the training later than 30 business days before the training start date or does not take part in the training, the amounts previously paid by the Participant will not be refunded.
3. The deadline for resignation is the date of the e-mail containing the declaration of resignation.
4. Refunds of paid amounts are made within 14 days from the date of sending LondonSAM Polska sp. z o.o. declaration of resignation from training.
1. LondonSAM Polska sp. z o. o. reserves the right to change the training date or cancel it.
2. In the event of cancellation of the training by LondonSAM Polska sp. z o. o., it will refund the amount paid by the Participant in full to the bank account number indicated by the Participant or propose participation in the training at another date.
3. LondonSAM Polska sp z o. o. reserves the right to change the person conducting the training or the training date in emergency situations, and will inform the Participant about it before the start of the training.
1. The training participant may make a complain to LondonSAM Polska sp. z o.o. via e-mail: krakow@londonsam.pl within 30 days from the date of completion of the training.
2. The complaint will be considered immediately, within a period not exceeding 14 business days.
1. The administrator of the database of personal data provided by Participants is LondonSAM Polska sp. z o.o..
2. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, the Organizer does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of Participants to other entities. Participants’ personal data are data used only for the purposes of implementing a given training.
3. The participant has the right to view his/her personal data, correct it and request its deletion.

2. Copying training materials or recording training, as well as making such materials and recordings available to third parties requires the consent of LondonSAM Polska sp. z o.o.
1. LondonSAM Polska sp. z o. o. declares that the content provided by him during the training is for educational purposes only.
2. LondonSAM Polska sp. z o. o. is not liable for any damages incurred to Participants or third parties in connection with or as a result of the Participants using the information, knowledge or skills acquired during the training in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.
