The main concept of the Academy stems from the fact that HR specialists working in shared services centers (SSCs) for the financial sector support clients located in different countries. As a result, experts working in SSCs must have at least a general knowledge of payroll, social security, and employment regulations applicable in their clients’ countries to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
The program consists of 5 workshops covering payroll topics for countries such as Poland, Italy, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
